Below are a few more details about your upcoming appointment or discovery call.

Your discovery call is scheduled for 15 minutes, however it’s best to allow 30 minutes (I can go overtime in giving information). You will be called from a NO CALLER ID at the time of your booking.

BOOKINGS

Your initial consultation takes place online as we are 100% virtual here at The Acne & Eczema Clinic.

You will receive an email in a moment with confirmation of your appointment, and an invitation to activate your Client Portal which has loads of really cool features. In your Client Portal, you will see the forms that need to be filled out prior to your appointment, and you can click on the little video icon beside your upcoming appointment time to join the meeting at the time of your appointment.

Note: Appointments with me (Emily) are held over Zoom. Appointments with Alecia are held over the Practicebetter video platform. You will be sent an email reminder of your booking as well.
